The ninth annual Texas ACG Capital Connection (TACC) is set to be the most important private equity and corporate growth conference in the Southwestern United States. Hosted by the Central Texas, Houston, Dallas / Fort Worth and Louisiana chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth, the conference will be held on February 23, 2012 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.
TACC is especially designed for
CEO’s and other corporate development officers of private and public middle-market companies with revenues of $15 to $500 million. Additionally, this is an imperative event for financial intermediaries and service providers such as investment banking, accounting and law firms.
"The Capital Connection sets the stage for a full-day networking experience between conference attendees and individuals from more than 100 of the nation's leading private equity and mezzanine finance firms," said Jeff Geuther, conference chairman and Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager, BBVA Compass. "Investment firms exhibit at the conference for the primary purpose of interacting with business owners, executives, investment bankers, attorneys, accountants and other professionals who may be capable of introducing them to exciting investment opportunities in private and public companies."
“Each of these investment firms has liquid capital available for new investments in Texas and the surrounding regional markets.”
The event featured a breakfast presentation and a keynote speech at lunch in addition to a breakout session with noted business leaders to discuss the capital markets.
TACC draws an attendance of approximately
1100 capital providers, intermediaries, service providers
and executives. Non-members are welcome. Please note that attendees are responsible
for making their own travel and hotel reservations.
